USA Physical Therapy has been part of the leading East Valley medical community since 1986.

Our office is committed to serving our patients through personal, one-on-one quality care. We provide hands on treatment for orthopedic, pre- and post-surgical, work, and sports injuries. At USA Physical Therapy, our professional staff of certified, experienced therapists, athletic trainers, and technicians are here to help our patients live life to their maximum function.

Utilizing state of the art equipment and techniques, USA Physical Therapy offers a fun and relaxed atmosphere to make our patients feel as "at home" as possible while healing.
